Shareholders are advised as follows:

Resignation:
Non-executive director and empowerment consortium `Sweet Sensations` member, Thembisa Dingaan has resigned from the board with immediate effect due to family reasons.

New appointments:
The board has appointed Sweet Sensations members, Mr Bongani Caga and Ms Nthabiseng Mokone as non-executive directors with immediate effect.

Extension of contracts:
Enaleni executive directors, Jerome Smith (CEO) and Chris Aucamp (CFO), together with Cipla Medpro directors, Duncan Watermeyer (Regulatory Affairs) and Nic De Jongh (Medical Director), have confirmed their commitment to the group through the extension of their contracts until December 2010.
